Rotary set up a demonstration of a Shelterbox at the Snug Cafe on May 2 & 3, 2015

Bowen Rotary members provided a demonstration Shelterbox kit at The Snug Cafe for the weekend of May 2 and 3, 2015. This was a working example of the Shelterbox units being sent to support the aid program in Nepal in the aftermath of the April 25 earthquake.

NOTE: The demonstration is gone; but there are boxes to receive donations at The Bowen Barber, The Bowen Building Centre—Irly Bird, and The Snug Cafe.

Here is the scene in Snug Cove on Saturday, May 2, when Matt Maxwell visited with his guitar.
