The Rotary Club of Bowen Island meets online for the first time, April 9, 2020.

Because of the SARS-CoV-19 virus pandemic, the Rotary Club of Bowen Island held their meeting of Thursday, April 9, 2020 online using Zoom. RCBI President Damien Bryan chaired the meeting. Guest speakers: Bronwyn Beairsto — Editor of the Bowen Island Undercurrent, Cynthia van Hoof Barthel RN BSN, Interventional Cardiology Research at St Paul’s Hospital, and Jennifer McGowan BA MPH — Emergency Program Coordinator for the Municipality of Bowen Island. A total of 17 people participated. Some did not use or have a webcam. The most cams that were on at one time was 12.
