Operation Red Nose (ORN) operated for five years on Bowen Island. In 2015, for a number of reasons, the full complement of volunteers who make this program possible were not available. During those five years, the holiday season culture on Bowen Island changed, and our community found new ways to avoid the risks of driving under the influence.
