is currently wearing multiple hats as the Executive Director at Clean Energy British Columbia, North American Associate Partner of Greenbackers Investment Capital, North American Ambassador the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA) and as the Director of Sustainability at the Carbon Free Group. For more than 15 years he has been instrumental in shaping the sustainability agenda across Europe including running the Eco-Enterprise, the first EU-funded environmental technology support program in the UK and shaping policy at local government and for companies such as Finger Food Studios, Heitman, ARM, and Footlocker.

Jae speaks as a keynote at more than 25 events a year and runs the CFG Sustainability Explored event series that has delivered over 100 events reaching 5K+ attendees. He is a guest lecturer at the University of British Columbia & University of Birmingham MBA programs and the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership program.
